We offer home and community-based treatment (HCT) to people in Aroostook County, Maine. Through our in-home approach to mental health and behavioral therapy, we can give you or your loved one the support you need.
HOW DOES OUR HCT PROGRAM WORK?
The Northern Lighthouse’s HCT program employs a variety of therapeutic styles and techniques. We design our approach to meet each individual’s specific needs. Our therapists rely on:
- Dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP)
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Play and art therapy
