CHILDREN’S CASE MANAGEMENT
We offer case management services to children between the ages of 0 to 20 who have developmental disabilities or a mental health diagnosis. Case management helps families connect with resources to help with behavioral or medical needs that impact the child’s quality of life. We will work very closely with you to ensure your voice to be heard since you know your child best.
