Outpatient Therapy

Through trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, we support our clients in understanding their experiences and finding healthier ways to cope, connect, and thrive. We also work closely with families, believing that healing is most powerful when it happens together.

Children’s Case Management

Dedicated case managers partner closely with families to understand each child’s strengths and needs, develop an individualized service plan, and connect them with essential resources—such as therapy, educational supports, medical care, recreational programs, and community services. We advocate for the child across all systems, helping families navigate complex processes while promoting stability, growth, and long-term well-being.

Section 28 Services

Section 28 program provides intensive, supportive services to children facing severe emotional and behavioral challenges. Through structure in the home environment, we create a space where children feel safe to work on those skills that are needed.

Adult Community Integration & Skills Development

For adults with mental health diagnoses, our goal for the Community Integration Program is to reduce isolation, foster confidence, and encourage self-determination. Every step is taken with dignity and respect, knowing that growth looks different for everyone—and that each step forward is worth celebrating.

Home & Community Based Treatment (HCT)

HCT is an intensive, family-centered mental health service delivered directly in a child’s natural environments. By providing treatment in the settings where challenges occur, HCT allows families to practice new skills in real time and receive support that is practical, culturally responsive, and aligned with their daily routines. Overall, HCT is designed to reduce higher-level care needs, improve family stability, and promote long-term emotional and behavioral wellness.
